We audit past employers and families. We call prior references to check nursing skills, child safety protocols, companionship records, punctuality, and behavior traits.
Our care coordination team conducts structured video or in-person evaluation interviews to test empathy, communication clarity, situational nursing/care skills, and behavior under stress.
